SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
SHIPPING:
Orders placed online are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. During sale events and peak holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be longer due to a high volume of orders.
The delivery timeframe begins once an order has been accepted and processed. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The estimated shipping and delivery timeframe begins from the date this confirmation email is sent.
DELIVERY:
Delivery of products up to 10 kg within the territory of the Republic of Georgia is free of charge.
For orders weighing more than 10 kg, shipping costs are calculated individually based on the total weight of the order. The applicable shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
DELIVERY TIME:

Tbilisi: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

Regions: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS:
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and documentation included

Items must be with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the product until it reaches us.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or an alternative product of equal value.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including shipping fees.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized or custom-made products

Items damaged due to improper use or care

Gift cards

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons if unsealed after delivery

Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
REFUNDS:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product or proof of return.
Initial delivery fees are refunded only if the return is due to a defect or our error.
