Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with textile and homeware products. We shall not be liable for damage resulting from:

  • Improper washing, drying, or maintenance

  • Use contrary to the product’s intended purpose

  • Normal wear and tear

 

9. DEFECTS AND NON-CONFORMITY

If a product is defective or does not correspond to the order, the customer is entitled to remedies provided by Law of Georgia On the Protection of Consumer Rights, including replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Claims must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect.
